Colorado Legislators Failed Us

on Data Centers.

Let Them Know You Expect Better.

In the recent session, too many Colorado legislators chose corporate interests over constituents and refused to pass SB26-102, leaving Coloradans without consumer and health protections from Big Tech data centers for another year.

Unregulated data centers have severe impacts on our energy costs, water supply, and air quality at a time when Coloradans are already struggling with high energy bills, healthcare costs, and drought.

SB26-102 would have required data centers to pay for their own renewable energy sources instead of passing those costs onto consumers. It would have cut air pollution and protected our precious water.

Too many legislators rejected common sense consumer, water. and air quality protections in favor of corporate profits

Now it is time to hold them accountable.
